This is just a wild take.

I can't imagine being so privileged that you don't experience noticeably less harassment on Fedi than on Twitter.

Fedi is not run by "fascist techbro fuckheads". It's run by thousands of volunteer admins, a huge number of which are queer people building unique queer spaces online.

Fedi has significantly better moderation than any other social media, because those thousands of volunteer admins each pitch in a little bit to share the load.
