So I have a question for you you probably could root around him.. Elon Musk made a statement saying that the government had all this information on taxpayers data.. Which is a bit hilarious because stating the obvious

But he goes on to say that PayPal has user data and it’s never suffered breach of that Information.. And I have to wonder if it’s true or if it’s ever been used fraudulently by PayPal
