Eleven Years Of Knowing

. . . that plastics are not a good packaging material for foods. And we're still doing it. That's all, actually. I can't currently spend much time online so articles will be terse for a while, my apologies, see other posts for why. There are and always have been ways of processing and distributing food hygienically and we've just been conned by supermarkets to accept plastics as "more convenient" but the omitted to tell us the convenience was all theirs as they didn't have to train staff better or pay them more for their food handling hygiene expertise.
