   Real talk: Google, Meta, X and Amazon have been stifling innovation in the tech space, for decades at this point, by eliminating competition via buying or burying them. They're at the top of the pile not because they're the best companies, but because they're the most ruthless.

     @samuteki Google, Facebook, and Amazon, all started with massive grants, and were all financially propped up for a decade too, despite them all constantly making a financial loss. This was until they killed the competition and stole the majority of the pie. Non of those should actually exist. Their existence is even a distortion of capitalism.
