Can anyone recommend a reliable Pixelfed app for Android (installed via Google Play, NOT F-Droid)?
The official app is buggy. Most of the pictures simply don't load.

@BillHeslin
Thanks. I'll wait for suggestions for free apps. If can't find any, will try that.
@badnetmask I actually just downloaded a new one that I saw come across my feed. Pixelix and so far so good. Been playing around with it for about an hour and no issues. It's on the Google Play store for $1.99. I did a few test posts and haven't had any issues with loading the photos so far.
I did notice that Pixelfed just released an update on the Play store and I haven't tested it out yet.

@badnetmask Give @Pixelix a try.
@badnetmask the official app is a month old and I doubt anyone has made a more stable clone yet. Pixelfed is still super new, you're early to the game, give it time
@bebadefabo
I know. I'm considering just sticking with the web interface for now.
@bebadefabo @badnetmask Check out Pixelix: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.daniebeler.pfpixelix

@xabih
Yeah, not sure about server saturation. It works on the web.
@badnetmask Pixeldroid.
But note that images not loading could be server saturation, not app problem.
