   Can anyone recommend a reliable Pixelfed app for Android (installed via Google Play, NOT F-Droid)?

   The official app is buggy. Most of the pictures simply don't load.

     @badnetmask I actually just downloaded a new one that I saw come across my feed. Pixelix and so far so good. Been playing around with it for about an hour and no issues. It's on the Google Play store for $1.99. I did a few test posts and haven't had any issues with loading the photos so far.

     I did notice that Pixelfed just released an update on the Play store and I haven't tested it out yet.

     @badnetmask the official app is a month old and I doubt anyone has made a more stable clone yet. Pixelfed is still super new, you're early to the game, give it time

     But note that images not loading could be server saturation, not app problem.
