Do yourself a favor and go make this Prune Loaf. Don’t be put off by the name. It’s beautifully moist and lovely with a cup of coffee or tea. There’s a really nice citrusy zing. This is exactly the kind of thing that you’d find at a bake sale or coffee morning. I’ll definitely be keeping this in regular rotation! The world sucks right now, make space for tea and cake!
