   republicans claim that government doesn't work

   when republicans get elected they break government and say 'see, we told you it doesn't work'

   when Democrats get elected they try to fix what republicans broke

   republicans block everything Democrats try to do to fix what republicans broke and blame Democrats for not fixing what republicans broke

   republicans claim government doesn't work

   wash, rinse, repeat - and still people vote for republicans

     @samiamsam Have you heard of Wilhoit’s law?

     It goes like this:

     ”Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition: There must be an in-group which the law protects but does not bind, and an out-group which the law binds but does not protect.”

     That they don’t make sense and they lie follows from this. It is not WHAT is being made policy but for WHOM.

     Whom remains always constant, and what can change. They are not like you. They don’t even see the world the same as you.
