I find it hard to believe that a judge’s order preventing DOGE from having anything to do with Treasury systems *now* will be effective. They’ve probably done what they needed to—created a way into the systems, and downloaded the data.

@coreyf There isn't a built-in enforcement mechanism on this order. However, the plaintiffs can come back with a contempt motion if they think the order is violated.

@coreyf none of those are arms of the court. courts have never had an enforcement arm of their own.
