@BruceMirken @KimPerales Watching Musk's leadership at helm of Tesla it's hard for me to see him as anything but a fool who lucked out and who found gullible investors. I'm reading market analysts "still" thinking Tesla has a future. Based on Musk's "promises" of his AI and robotics. The car Musk did design (cybertruck) falls apart. Tesla while a decent car, is horribly outdated. And Musk is killing the brand name by the hour. I'm just not seeing it. Other firms, yes. Musk's? I don't see it. :)

I would venture that none of the above are mutually exclusive. It is possible to have absolutely no understanding of what you’re doing or who you’re hurting •and• for destruction to be the point •and• to be a con artist who lucked out. In fact, I’d say those three things all help each other.

I’m not quite sure who you’re arguing with here. I don’t think anyone in this conversation considers him a competent businessperson or a competent engineer. (Competent con artist, competent havoc-wreaker, apparently yes.) -

@inthehands @BruceMirken @KimPerales Oh yes, I don't think he's trying to build or govern. He's definitely trying to destroy. But I cannot bring myself around to him being competent, given his track record with other businesses, and having watched him throw things at walls to see what might stick at Twitter. He wastes so much money doing this also, which is the irony.
