Proposal to start referring to 'affordable housing' simply as 'housing' and all the rest as 'unaffordable housing'.

@simon It's hardly even that. "Unaffordable housing" is not providing the function of "housing" (providing shelter/home to someone who doesn't already have it) because anyone who can afford it already has other options (if not a second or third) and is purchasing or renting as a lifestyle statement not as housing.

@simon lots we could do -
'landlord' becomes 'rent seeker'
owning large numbers of properties changes from 'property portfolio' to 'house hoarding'
'negative gearing' for rent-seeking house hoarders becomes 'tax evasion'
and so on...
(noting that modest levels of investment can be exempt, unless caught price-gouging/rent-bidding/asset-sweating etc. it is *possible* to be a good landlord after all. people choose not to be.)
