   @fuzzybinary Yeah, although even if Twitter hadn't devolved, they would have replaced those folks with AI by now anyway.

     I don't really miss Twitter, except that, for a while there, it was litteraly the best support channel out there.

     I don't know why or how, but tweeting at companies, even large companies, frequently got you a response from someone who could help super fast.
