      　システム・エンジニアリング・サービス（SES）事業を運営していた経営者2人に、未経験にもかかわらず「Javaを使ったシステム開発経験が5年ある」といった経歴詐称を強いられた上でシステム開発現場に送られて精神的苦痛を受けたなどとする元社員3人が損害賠償を求めた訴訟を巡り、2025年2月6日、判決があった。
