Watching hospitals right now and it's like the government said "You can only treat white people from now on if you want federal money" and they all just said "okay."

There is no difference.

They should have launched a thousand lawsuits and immediately started committees to restructure around not accepting federal dollars in order to preserve patient care...but nope.
