     @Yhe_XX_Estate Imagine the pressure that kid's under now. Even if they realise being trans is a lie, they'll feel forced to go along with it to justify the move etc.

     @Yhe_XX_Estate She's all but guaranteed that her kid will never be able to desist now.
     
     Imagine being the reason your family ran away from everything they knew, twice, to 'protect' you, and then realising that it was all unnecessary because really, you were just gay and a bit confused. You'd have to keep that secret forever.
     
     The more I think about it, the more horrified I am for this kid, just not for the same reasons the mum wants us to be horrified.

     @EatKnitSleepAgain @Yhe_XX_Estate Adults did this. Adults who should have known better. Adults should not be terrifying their children in order to feel special and *oppressed* by fashionable ideas and causes.
     I saw it with lockdowns and convid, I've seen it with the climate grift and now this. Imagine how narcissistic you'd have to be to tell your child that they can change sex and that it will put you in danger from other people who hate you.
