My Vipassana meditation is obviously not stopping my compulsion to OCD check the social web and my RSS feed for the latest details about unfolding current events. It’s not stopping my mind from racing on the subject more often than I’d like too. It is definitely keeping me from freaking out about it though. It’s letting me channel the frenetic activity I haven’t gotten under control into FU energy and find ways to help fight it. #meditation #uspoli
