   I woke up feeling like absolutely shit. I didn't sleep well, and everything feels tight and sore and weak.

   I wanted to just lay there, and do nothing. But fuck that noise!

   So, I'm here. I'm gonna stretch all this tightness out, and I'm going to lift and let out some of this rage!

   And the inbred looking assholes that just walked past wearing maga hats make me glad I picked this shirt today.

     I struggle a lot with self esteem, because I often still see myself like I looked 10 or 15 years ago, before I lost the weight and got pretty fit, and got the piercings, and tattoos, and grew my hair out...

     Self image is weird and frustrating!
