     @StillIRise1963 @mfennvt When they act aghast over what they and their pundits howled was the end of democracy, I start to wonder if this isn't good cop - bad cop acting. They are educated. They are privy to national security issues we never see. They could have shipped the whole right-wing junta to Guantanamo. But Slow Joe vowed there would be a peaceful transfer of power to the gangster tyrant after Muddling Merrick fumbled the hand-off of prosecution, despite those howls.

     "We will fight them in the nowhere, except reluctantly in the courts they control, for we are mostly attorneys and, shit, do attorneys like getting paid!"

     It sure seems deliberate, planned, and very theatrical without purpose. At this point, it looks like both parties are tired of the Constitution and wish to join the Autocrat's Club.

     We should send them all tap shoes in protest.
