     I hate that this may all only stop or be slowed only because the capitalists running the government contractors REALLY do not like it when they don't get paid.

     Alabama has a law that allows the sheriff to redirect the food budget for a jail into his own pocket. I suspect Musk plans something similar, legal or not.
