@kaia You can if you have root, note that it is hard to remove as it is a rootkit; https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.sunilpaulmathew.debloater/
You can also manually get root via developer mode and ssh via adb, remount the /system/ partition rw and delete google played services + played store, note that one mistake and the device doesn't boot since SELinux rules, so you really want TWRP installed and a backup made. -
