   I've seen quite a few posts lately advocating violence, such as "punch nazis" or "don't forget to follow through the punch".

   Let me sound a note of caution here.

   Most of you (and this is a good thing) don't know anything about violence. It's not like you see on the screen. Schoolyard dustups don't count. If you've never personally sent someone to the morgue or hospital, the best thing for you to do is to avoid violence as much as humanly possible.

     Real life violence is messy and sudden and horrible. If you're inflicting it, the suddener and more horrible the better.

     You're not trying to win a prize or demonstrate your courage or defend anyone's honour: that's all bullshit. 𝘠𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱 𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨.
