   @curiousgawker Maybe if more white folks listened they'd know about the utterly shit state of foreign language (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, etc.) news media in the US, how it's used for political manipulation, and actually care about solving that problem.

     I used to tell my white friends to fucking listen to immigrants but since then muslims voted for a guy who enacted a muslim ban and latinos voted for a guy who told them he was going to deport their families so I don't know if we should listen to immigrants anymore
