     I went grocery shopping with my son yesterday.

     I bought food I might actually eat.

     I dragged myself out into public when it was the very last thing I wanted to do.

     I cried a few times in the store and I survived.

     I was then rewarded by a trip to the dispensary by my BF who picked me up at WalMart.

     By the way, those insurance companies who advertise grocery benefits for Medicare Advantage insurance holders?

     They “allow” you to buy groceries at WalMart and Aldi. No sales, no saving extra money, and the worst selection and quality of products in the US.
     A huge FUCK YOU to Nations Benefits for forcing me to support the worst retail chain in the US; WalMart.

     After spending time with my BF and my grandson and medicating I was finally able to relax and stop crying. Finally didn’t feel like I was going to jump out of my skin. (Myoclonic jerks caused by a damaged spinal cord are really unpleasant and medical marijuana helps!)

     Finally I was able to function normally, at least for me.

     Try to remember some people are fragile right now and extra care MUST be given, or we will form cracks and maybe break.
