     @Fleurvervenne He's trying to trick Federal employees into quitting so he can later claim that they CHOSE to quit their jobs. He plans to replace them with pro-Trump loyalists who are unqualified, but will do whatever he tells them to.

     Yup. Trump is offering federal employees a "buyout" to accept early resignation, and also threatening a purge of anyone that isn't sufficiently loyal to him personally.

     He wants to replace everybody with lackeys and yesmen.
