@IAMAL_PHARIUS They dredged and harvested the entire internet collecting intellectual properties which would have been fine in a free opensource model like they have originally intended to release but then, all of a sudden, someone's dead, the doors are close, Altman is push out and then back in during a hostile takeover, and the entire company becomes a profit oriented business model begging for money from the federal government.
Someone very, very evil spearheaded all of that and did so quite recklessly. I don't doubt they'll be caught and that OpenAI will face the fallout from that, especially after the release of DeepSeek (the same thing, just cheaper, more efficient, and actually open source).
Open source being the only way either of these LLMs can operate legally. It's a fucking mess of big, retarded investors getting their shit pushed in.
