     @br00t4c it's not the cost that bothers me with new electric cars is the data scraping and lack of privacy controls and privacy law restrictions around these technical nightmares, not to mention the monopolisation of servicing support options and choices around apps and technical services, you buy an electric car you are stuck with that provider for life, plus a car from the 1960s still works fine but I can't imagine an electric car still working in 60 years time...
