     I read that Colombia's main demand was that people not be shackled in chains, which the US agreed to, so Colombia agreed to accept them. (I'm in Colombia reading El Pais in Spanish. )

     The next step was going to be Trump telling the Columbian government if they didn't agree, the people being deported would "sleep with the fishes".
