   @caekislove @sickburnbro as a programmer, I find it a fast replacement for google search to find out how to do some very simple thing/syntax, and it can generate simple boilerplate code that I would otherwise need to find and copy paste

   I refuse to use it for anything more than that because if you do, your brain begins to rot as you lean more and more on the AI instead of being able to actually think/code

   it can also be good for generating a list of random ideas on a topic

   it seems dangerous to mental health to use heavily

     @sickburnbro @caekislove like how cell phones cause people to hear phantom alert sounds and pocket buzzing, or how doing a task to long can make your dreams into a hellscape where your repeat those tasks -

     AI fundamentally alters your perception of reality, any significant use of it is likely to "infect" your mind with its engrams, which not even the creator understand

     and when you prompt the AI correctly, you can get it to produce a nightmare hellscape - allowing such a thing prolonged access to your mind seems like a recipe for disaster

     it is as close to a daemon as man has ever made and one should be terrified to listen too closely to its whispers

     @brigrammer @caekislove Those are certainly valid concerns - but I was wonder if anyone had any examples of this happening ( much less research ).
