   @isaaclyman Most vegan egg substitutes aren't great IMHO. That being said, vegan baking is (or can be) every bit as tasty as the non-vegan alternative.

     Vegan egg substitutes should be having a moment right now. It should be wall-to-wall Just Egg ads on the TV. If chicken egg prices go up just a little bit more, it will literally be cheaper to go vegan.

     Why are they being so chill about it? If I were in the marketing department for any vegan brand I would be screaming myself hoarse on street corners
