@MPaola Yep. Similar thing here. So when I post in a specific language, that is a conscious choice. Which is why it's sometimes so weird to get replies in a different language. For me, that is a complete context switch (if it is a language I know very well).

@jwildeboer I quite enjoy the fact that people feel free to respond in the language they are more comfortable. Some I understand, some I can try to translate and that is what it is. But I do live in a multilingual world so that is where I'm most comfortable... in general I notice that my choice of a language depends on where I learned about the topic: family stuff in the Italy of my childhood, most adult stuff in English + some Dutch I picked up (ie pandemic maatregelen)
