Make it make sense, please…..
No matter what age or difficulty is put on buying a knife, if some dangerous individual wants one, they can literally go to the kitchen drawer and take one from there. I very much doubt there is a house in the entire country that does not have a knife in it. And scissors can be taken apart. Knitting needles sharpened. Etc. etc. These kinds of laws and tightening do nothing, except waste time and money. None of this addresses the actual problem.
