why don't you like bluetooth quinn
they ask as i have to scroll back because the headphones go in to some low power mode if they don't receive sound in 30-60 seconds, so i end up missing words and having to scroll back again

@terryenglish anker supports AAC (and LDAC but you need to enable it with an app, not sure if the anker app works without account shit or not)

@terryenglish bluetooth apparently makes no comment on which codec to use. its just nobody makes or uses opus chips

@icedquinn My #JBL headphones only support AAC sadly which kind of sorta addresses the quality issue on my phone only but not the latency one. Sure wish it supported an awesome codec like #opus but alas :blobcatglaresad:

@terryenglish also american brands i am sort of done with. i had some JBLs and Skullcandy and they are honestly just overpriced. these ankers were 40$ on a sale and they're basically the same quality as the skullcandies (they're better in some ways as the pods are removable for replacement and the outside sound suppression is better)
tozo and anker are also like 30% of the price of most of JBLs shit. JBL still has no aux cords, not even AAC most of the time, but wants 400$.
we failed :blobcatgooglycry:
