   These are events within the living memory of everyone I grew up around, were still promoted by law, culture, custom, and commerce throughout the 1950s and early 1960s, and after the laws changed well into the 1980s.

   Socially progressive laws rooted in aspirational justice have now been summarily terminated.

   With the Trump election and Citizens United, the US is now ruled by an Oligarch Regime.

     Free-Speech absolutism is as intellectually dishonest as primitive Democratic absolutism, where we allow laws contradicting reason and evidentiary science to be voted into existence, and elected officials can fabricate and lie in ways that would be legally indefensible for any other job or appointment.

     All courts must be science courts, not a virtual game "trial by combat" or "judicial duel" where evidence is just a game piece.

     No law should be based on idiosyncratic cultural and or supernatural belief systems.

     Rooted in violent cultural hegemony, these beliefs cannot effectively nor justly serve a multi-ethnic, culturally pluralistic democratic society.
