   Been playing around with DeepSeek a bit today (while sick in bed, using my OnePlus phone, listening on my Huawei earbuds, wearing my TicWatch), and it occurs to me that Chinese tech beats American stuff in so many categories now. RIP, Silicon Valley.

     I love all the e-ink innovations out of China.

     When I lived in India I was amazed at the quality of the lower priced stuff from China. Because the market is so cost conscious, you had great quality things at reasonable prices. My MIL's India- exclusive Samsung phone* takes better photos than our iPhone 13's.

     Americans pay more for worse products because Freedom....

     *Not Chinese I know but the principle stands.
