   Yeah, for that it's awesome :) Takes a while to learn how to set up proper development environments and such, but once you have that (if you do software development) then it's really nice feature. It's so dang nice to just have a backup of your config file, and then just spin up a new machine with it.

     I'm learning NixOS and okay so this kind of is really cool? Once I have all my applications installed through configuration.nix and make any other possible changes I can just copy and back-up that file and use it anywhere else, even other machines?

     ...that's just cool.
