   I used to think that when speaking to service agents - whether in person or over the phone - it was necessary to be slightly pushy.

   I've since realized that what actually works best is a) thinking about what exactly I want beforehand, and b) being extra super friendly.

   Suddenly, my issues get resolved quickly and smoothly. It's like a miracle. Can recommend.
