   I'm developing a passion for coffee exploration, and it's getting serious. With every new bean I buy, I try with different brewing techniques to create a detailed flavour profile/benchmark, mostly on V60, French press and Aeropress. This process helps me determine the optimal preparation method for each specific coffee, and it never gets boring.

     @canderson When fetching coffee from the motherland, search for "Mantissa" roasters from Minas.
