   @mdione @lindsey @byorgey it was enormously shocking to move to Amsterdam and learn that the giant cold case in the grocery store full of slightly different cheeses contains "hkhkgh-HOUW-duh." (It's "good-ah" in the US.)

     @lindsey @byorgey damn, now I have to wonder how Gouda is mispronouced in English (I know the Dutch pronunciation).
