     @Turkleton @Tadg_macNuadat Naan is Indian pita that's buttered and cooked on an weird clay pot or something. I think it's slower cooked vs pitas which cook very fast and form the pocket. Probably different recipe too.

     I made it once and it was kind of a pain but I loved how it came out. I don't have a proper spit roast thing so it was just oven cooked and shaved, but the flavor was so good. Love lamb.
