Yesterday was the day from hell at my house. My laptop that I purchased in June froze up and then I decided to make dinner and the induction range/oven I purchased last February quit working. This is after my tv blew up from a power surge in October and my back fence fell down December 26th. 1

But today is much better! Apple support was able to walk me through fixing the laptop. She was so patient and knowledgeable. Now I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come out and diagnose the range. I’m praying they don’t have to order a part!
