#DEI

A common misconception about DEI is that it’s for unqualified people to get into positions they’d never be able to get into on their own.

That’s not true.

DEI is about not excluding QUALIFIED people.

I’m not sure why this is so hard to grasp.

I guess people in jobs they’re not actually qualified for and got them because of who they are got sensitive about it.
