"U.S. imperialism is very strong now, but it is not really strong. It is politically weak because it is disconnected from the broad masses of the people, and everyone dislikes it, including the American people. It looks strong but is actually not scary, just a paper tiger. It looks like a tiger, but it is made of paper and can not withstand wind and rain. I think the United States is a paper tiger."
