   @newt @phnt @meso @mischievoustomato no I'm with you, pleroma is not difficult. My biggest problems in ~18 months have been "I didn't read the patch notes" or the fact that epmd is a little screwy when both ejabberd and pleroma are trying to use it and I want to restart one of those things only.

     @prettygood @meso @newt @mischievoustomato epmd doesn't like being started as part of a service. systemd complains about it still running after stopping Pleroma. I wouldn't be surprised if OpenRC just killed it.

     @phnt @meso @newt @mischievoustomato I don't start it independently, it get started by either ejabberd or pleroma, usually the latter, and if I want to restart one or the other I have to stop both, kill epmd manually, then start both. Its annoying but I have a shell on the server constantly anyways for weechat so I just cope
