   The muscles near my shoulder blade hurt a bit yesterday, still got some art done but would feel a sharp twinge of pain. Some point in the night I was awake and stretched and heard a pop and now it's big fucking pain.
   I can't even use my other arm too much without setting off the resonating little twinges and it makes my hand feel numb, both if I move wrong so I dunno what the fuck I did.
   Had trucks get me a pill to manage the pain. I try to avoid most pills and will just tell myself I need more water for most ailments besides a really bad headache.
   Can't drink water my way outta this one shriggers.
