   When cold air dries your nose the perfect tea is Liu An. It also called “basket tea” as the compressed cakes are stored in bamboo baskets. This gives it a richness and a touch of the same mouthfeel as after a cough drop. The aroma is floral and a little earthy— there is something about it like honey. Today I’m enjoying some of my 2014 stash— it has grown perfectly mellow and I will have my husband and the role playing club try it too! #teaculture #tea #teaPosting #liuAn

     I do know that we recently found that the modern teabag is producing microplastics during the brewing process. So it stands to reason that we are studying something in that area.
