    I must say it's hard to buy books from kobo.com to load onto my Pocketbook when the site won't even allow me to log on in any Windows browser.

    It demands an answer for a nonexistent captcha. This has been going on for months now and I'm ready to give up on them.

    I mean, really--being able to log in is literally the most basic service a site can provide. If they can't even do that...
