As someone who is 100% not used to meetings, I'm really baffled about all the meetings
How do people get shit done like this :haggard:

@xian in person or online? sorry if it sounds dumb, but the more often you do it, the less it will bother you!

@xian that's okie.
maybe take notes. it's perfectly socially acceptable to draw and scribble. if you want advanced setup, have two page notebook, one page for actual notes and one for scribbles.
what a lot of ADHD patients do is take a fidget toy that is silent. e.g. good friend has a watch with a silent crown ring he turns when in such situations.

@kaia I get fidgety from IRL meetings, especially when they're long like mid term plans and stuff like that. I probably look like a crack addict since I fidget with my fingers a lot after a while :haggard:

@kaia I think the in person ones are worse, since like.. I can't sit still, the teams ones I can usually just turn off the mic and work at the same time so those don't bother me much..

@nerthos @kaia knife laws in Sweden and company policy would make all the meetings go away if I did that.

@kaia I used to have a sharpie I flipped with before, but it kinda looked nonchalant so I stopped.. The notes is a good one tho, I'll keep that in mind for the next meeting :cat_si:
