     @br00t4c He already clarified, he's evil *and* stupid.

     Daddy Musk tells him what to do and he does it or else they'll promote Vance and replace him. As it is, he's always having to watch himself because he really wants to be the big boss but can't let anybody know or he'll get spanked again.
