     @LukeAlmighty Public schools don't have them here anymore sadly, but all the private schools do. They're a pretty common sight around the wealthier areas.

     @LukeAlmighty the fancy ones are patches embroidered into the fabric, but some are also just plastic that sits on the jacket pocket.
