   I took my dog for a walk tonight. Had two pairs of longjohns under my pants, an electric jacket under my coat and the warmest gloves I could find at the store and I still got frost bite on my fingers.

   And it was not even that cold by northern standards - about 18F with a decent wind.

     @bh My dog cries to go lay out in the back yard when it's this cold. She eventually does get cold, comes in for a bit to warm up, then wants to go right back out to nap. We call it "dog weather" and it's damn annoying because we need a revolving door for her.
