     So Joseph Bidens family that was pre-pardoned. Does that mean that they can become legal bank robbers now?

     Can they commit rape and murder without being prosecuted?

     Can they set up a business selling fentanyl to underage teens?

     Can they disclose millions in undocumented bribes from Burisma?

     Without any consequences?
